Europe Solutions and Roadblocks

Brad DeLong provides a good analysis of the issues. He believes that is it is everyone's interest to resolve the issues.  Failure to do so is more punishing that the remedy's.  On the other hand, each of the solutions is very difficult.  The good news is that there are solutions.  The bad news is that each dose of medicine is hard to swallow.
