Criticism Of The Democratic Convention Differs From Criticism Of GOP Convention

The NYT and many others were highly critical of the misinformation and lack of details that were obvious in the GOP convention.  This editorial in the NYT offered a different critique of the Democratic convention.  It applauds the party for telling the public  part of what is in its platform, but it chides them for not telling the public the other worthwhile ideas in the platform.  There was no mention of controlling access to assault weapons, nor did it mention its support for policies that might impact global warming.
