Mitt Romney's Argument For The Massachusetts Healthcare Plan

Brad DeLong provides us with Mitt Romney's defense of the healthcare plan that he enacted in Massachusetts. He explains why mandates were a necessary part of the plan, and he also points out that the conservative Heritage Foundation played a key role in developing the plan.  His defense of the plan sounds just like the rationale that Obama used to defend the Affordable Healthcare Act that has become known as Obamacare.
