Reverse Brain Drain Is Not Necessarily Bad

US immigration policies make it more difficult for immigrants to migrate to the US, while other countries are doing their best to recruit skilled talent. In the last analysis it may be better for everyone if the number of opportunities for skilled worker expands. This many encourage students everywhere to pursue higher education as long as access to education is expanded.
