Romney Campaign Changes Its Mind. The Penalty Is Now A Tax

The Romney campaign has decided to call the penalty for not purchasing health insurance a tax.  They can join the rest of the GOP, who use the mandate to call Obama a "tax and spend liberal".  Since Romney's healthcare law in Massachusetts has a similar penalty, which he refused to call a tax, he can now be called a tax and spend conservative.  He doesn't care what people say about him as long as they vote against his opponent.
