3M and Bank of America Shareholders Will Vote on Banning Campaign Contributions
Trillium Asset Management, a Boston based firm that invests in socially responsible corporations, submitted a proposal for shareholder vote, that asks directors to ban contributions to political campaigns. Not surprisingly, management does not support the proposal.
